We have each inquiring client fill out the client profile prior to our consultation. This will help gather information we need regarding you, your business, and what your inquiring about. If you decide to move forward with creating a website, we use the provided information for necessary on-boarding paperwork we need clients to sign.
Don’t pay a penny until we have spoken. Let’s explore how we can work together over the phone. We will talk about the details you provided in your client portfolio and begin to lay out a plan for your project. Additionally we will discuss what package of ours fits your needs best. No two projects are the same so we give personalized quotes to better fit what you do and don’t need.
After we have discussed the best plan for your needs, we will begin sending you a proposal that lays out what we have discussed, and the price we have quoted you. If you agree upon the proposal, you’ll accept this, send it back and we can proceed.
Contracts & Terms
After the proposal is accepted we will send you all the necessary paperwork needed to move forward. This consists of our contract, our terms, invoice, and we offer a Client Portal for all of our clients. This portal will be where all your documents, invoices, and files can be viewed and managed.

Once final payment has been received, we remove the COMING SOON page and your site is live. We will send you any graphics, files, or design attributes. We train you on various components of your site. You are never alone, and I am always available in the future to help make your dreams a reality.
